Locations: Belgium (Braine-l'Alleud/Waterloo/Mons)

As BMC Consultant

  • You advise our clients in your already familiar BMC product environment and optimize existing IT landscapes.
  • You get acquainted with new BMC products.
  • You identify, analyze, and manage the functional/technical requirements and processes of IT organizations.
  • You translate the requirements into a technical concept and outline the necessary technical environment.
  • You implement BMC software solutions and guide our clients to smooth and effective utilization.

What you bring along

  • Completed studies in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification in the IT field
  • Basic knowledge in the implementation, configuration, and customization of BMC solutions (e.g., BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, Platform, or other experience in the BMC product environment) – we are happy to refresh or expand your knowledge if needed!
  • Initial experience in areas like automation, orchestration, monitoring, discovery cloud, or SaaS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as pronounced problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to undergo a security check according to EU law
  • Very good English skills (C1) both written and spoken, knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Project-related willingness to travel within Belgium
